Pursuing Transcend

Now I know we have come to a point where everybody need to decide where should we be heading for the brand New Year. As we are stepping into this brand New Year, have you thought of how to get your results to be materialized by the end of 2012? I asked many but very few have the right answer or have a better grasped what likely is going to happen.

We are talking about what would keep your business stays successful, live a fascinating life, have most fulfilling relationship with your love one, possessed great health than you never thought of and build a greater spiritual strength to serve many out there.

If you have been following my blog posts in the past I have written a series of postings that kind of related to each other but maybe not so. Yes, I have that purpose originally and now we have to the point to take it next level. I will write more though in coming months too.

So all these postings came to the conclusion where we should be heading, is TRANSCEND! You might asked, what’s that? Now before I elaborate more, if you care to do a search in dictionary, the meaning of it is, to rise above or go beyond the limits of. Now you may say, hey Desmond are you kidding me? We are living in the most challenging and changing environments ever. You’re right! Unfortunately most of us do not aware the world has change more rapidly since after the Great Depression.

So what does this TRANSCEND meant to you and why must you care to start moving towards that? Since we all know the world has change, I don’t have to explain it further and we all also aware we need to change as well. There are two questions that I would ask all of you who happened to read this post:-

• How likelihood your business, career and financial matter stay THRIVE in the next 12 to 24 months?
• Would you be able to live a TRANSFORMATIONAL life that would benefits your relationships, health and spiritual strength?

If you have not think through the answers, then I suggest you sit down and get it on paper for the next 2 weeks. The reason is we are in the exciting economy era where entrepreneurs or should I say small businesses would be able to dictate the future of the economy, not the big corporate boys and the governments. That’s where we are heading for sure and to get to the path of TRANSCEND. We need to ensure the 2 questions have clear answers.

In a nutshell, getting the path to TRANSCEND required us to THRIVE and TRANSFORM. This is part of my life mission & philosophy where I could constantly build information, products, trainings and services to enable and empower millions of entrepreneurs out there that are still stuck at “old economy thinking”. Our economy would be determine by us on our hands and that goes to our goals and results we want to achieve in the end of the day.

What it takes to THRIVE ? They are:-

1. LEARNING- Constantly stay “learned” even though you are deeply in debt and stuck in your life. The moment you stop learning, that’s where your PVL (Personal Value Level) stagnant. The amount of money you make today is a direct reflection who you are NOW.
2. FITNESSING- We are living in constant change of weather and diseases. Most people would think health as secondary and pursuing money, financial freedom and growth in business is far more important. Now if you happen to fall sick today and unable to perform and work on what I have mentioned, nothing matters. You may have to re-strategize your income earning that suit your lifestyle and not the other way round.
3. MODELING- Model and learn from someone that came successful before you in this industry and it will fast-track exponentially your business in a very short amount of time. All we need to understand and learn why someone could make your annual income in 1 month or 1 day which we could not. Get into nuts and bolts that really help you to create a process on it.
4. EXECUTING- Great strategy, beautiful dreams, awesome layout plan and merely a thought would not be in reality without implementing it. Millions years ago when human being yet to be civilized rely on instinct and get things done, otherwise, they will be out of survival mode. In a nutshell, we are born as a “doer”. Have whatever you planned executed on timely and review it constantly. Do it and don’t wait for the perfect opportunity. The perfect is only existed where you constantly improve it.
5. REFLECTING- I’ve mentioned we all need to start to learn and acquired new skills. However, as we move along, we made mistakes, errors and screw-up things too. Don’t be despair, we are all human being and is normal we made mistakes from time to time. More importantly identified what went wrong, how far it should be reaching the goal and what it can be improve to get it there faster next round. Take moment of yourself either doing meditating, self-reflect and even say a prayers.

To be on TRANSFORMATIONAL mode or live with it we need to:

1. DRIVE- What is your DRIVING factors that would take you out your current situation? Identified your pain and pleasure or challenge and aspiration would help greatly to push you further. Where are you on Maslow Pyramid level? Are you living bottom of the pyramid or much bottom than usual? Would it be great to turn into a motivational “tool” for you to strive harder?
2. GET RID YOUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS- Now that’s a long one, we all have our own emotions, I too have several negative emotions haunting me in the past. Until I met a turning point in my life and enable me to remove my thoughts on this emotions that really damaging my life further. Possessing easily ANGER and FEAR, the two most common emotions could literally destroyed your life,
3. NEW PERSPECTIVE- We need to learn how to look into matters from many angles. There is no single solution to one problem in this world, as the matter of fact, there are plenty ways if you know how. Setting a different paradigm view or approach would enable you create your own future instead rely on others.
4. FULFILLED- Transformational occurs if we able to live our life fulfilled. It is the most easiest indication that tells us whether we are on transformational path by simply asking ourselves, Am I fulfilled what I have been doing right now? If you need more than 30 seconds to react and answer this question, then you may want to think again your life.
5. COMMIT- How committed of you in your life in taking your life to greater heights? This is the question that separated to those that are interested and to those are committed in pursuing their business to the next level. It is the readiness that you have undoubtedly you would do whatever it takes in pursuing your goal. It is the practice, habits and ritual that you have been putting it daily in achieving your monumental vision.

Finally, this is the article I have been able to put up in concluding the elements and secrets that take us to the path of TRANSCEND. Now we all have our choice, we can always choose to stay-put, wait-and-see, sitting on the fence on what’s around us, which most likely get us nowhere or ended up the same results we are seeing daily. That also includes all the challenges, feeling stuck and unresourcefulness that we have right NOW. Does it still serve you well?
